They are one of a few companies which still make reels in the United
States of America,
Yes boys and girl if you want a U.S. made reel I will mark which of the
Penn reels we carry that
are still made here. I understand the temptation to go to cheap labor and
cut cost to raise profit,
But I am glad the parent company of Penn is trying to do the right thing
and keep jobs here.

Circle hook jig heads are the only legal way to fish for Grouper & Snapper, when
using a Jig Head
in conjunction with natural bait.

hook Jig heads are used to legally catch Snapper
in the gulf of Mexico when bottom fishing, Attach a chunk of squid or as I
prefer the tentacles of the squid,
giving it a more realistic appearance, I will toss the Circle hook
Jig a short ways out from the boat
using a spinning reel and rod after casting, I do not close the bail until
the line stops moving.
This lets the Circle hook jig head fall straight to the bottom with out
coming back towards the boat.
Once the Circle hook jig head is on the bottom slowly raise the tip of
your rod and start to reel in.
